Clean Eating Breakfast Ideas and Recipes

This is one of my FAVORITE breakfast recipes, PROTEIN PANCAKES. Not only are they delicious, but they are healthy and clean!

There are many variations to this recipe, but right now I am going to give you exactly what's in the picture.

Ingredients:

1/2 c. of quick oatmeal
1/2 scoop of protein powder (I used Gaspari Nutrition Cinnamon Roll)
1 shake of cinnamon
3 egg whites
add your favorite fruit on top ( I used strawberries and blueberries)

Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl, meanwhile heat your non-stick pan on medium. I sprayed the pan with PAM. Drop the batter into the pan. Makes 2 pancakes. Add fruit and enjoy!
