There are many variations to this recipe, but right now I am going to give you exactly what's in the picture.
Ingredients:
1/2 c. of quick oatmeal
1/2 scoop of protein powder (I used Gaspari Nutrition Cinnamon Roll)
1 shake of cinnamon
3 egg whites
add your favorite fruit on top ( I used strawberries and blueberries)
Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl, meanwhile heat your non-stick pan on medium. I sprayed the pan with PAM. Drop the batter into the pan. Makes 2 pancakes. Add fruit and enjoy!
